Let’s Redefine Our Onboarding Process with AI!

TechDays are the perfect opportunity to collaborate and experiment with innovative IT solutions. The latest TechDay focused on artificial intelligence, with a clear objective: to tackle a specific use case. This time, we decided to rethink our onboarding process to make it more engaging, interactive, and productive.

Today, our pre-onboarding interviews (1-on-1) are often focused on sharing information that candidates have already reviewed on our website. While this provides structure to the conversation, it can quickly become repetitive and lacks spontaneity.

Our vision for improvement!

Why not use this valuable time to dive deeper into meaningful discussions, explore expectations from both sides, and build authentic connections? With the help of AI, we explored solutions that would:
– Automate the delivery of basic information about STRAS through interactive solution.
– Personalize interactions with candidates based on preliminary analyses of their profiles and interests.
– Transform interviews into collaborative exchanges focused on their aspirations and the company’s specific needs.

Techday in action

During the session, the teams had the opportunity to:
– Test AI-based tools tailored to recruitment and onboarding.
– Create prototypes of dynamic user experiences for an enhanced onboarding journey.
– Propose concrete, innovative solutions to integrate into our future HR processes.

What’s next?

The ideas generated during this TechDay won’t just stay on paper. Our next steps involve refining these concepts, piloting the most promising solutions, and making onboarding at STRAS a truly engaging and seamless experience.

TechDay#1 (26th July 2024)

TechLab 1 : Create video with animated avatar. This rendering process must be easy and accessible by end users.

Objective? Replace static and boring PowerPoint presentations and improve knwoledge transfer between teams.

TechLab 2 : Search AI solutions on internet and find the best way to generate a meeting report.

Objective? Record a meeting. At the end of the meeting, launch a process to automatically generate the minutes (PV) of the meeting in Word format, ready to be shared with stakeholders.

TechLab 3 : Test an AI solution, compatible with LinkedIn to improve recruitment process.

Objective? LinkedIn is a good platform to search candidate (looking experiences, skills, etc.) but it is manual. Your mission is to find a way to automate search process based on criteria’s via an AI solution.
